Three St. Louis cut pork ribs. Brined, seasoned, and slow smoked for 6 hours using a unique blend of fruit and nut woods.
Fresh pork belly, cubed then seasoned and smoked for 3 hours. seasoned, cooked again. Sweet, slightly salty, tender, juicy, with a touch of heat.
6 ounce of our best selling Pork Shoulder, slow smoked for 14 hours then pulled and seasoned to perfection. NOT smothered in sauce like most pulled pork is.
1/4 lb of our famous brisket, on a fresh baked roll, splashed with our home made au jus. Sauted onions, pickles, or slaw available upon request
